The job post
A good post is plain and specific. Title: the role plus "Virtual Assistant". Body: the five lines from lesson 1, the hours in US time and Manila time, the pay in dollars an hour, the tools, and how many people you are hiring. Then say how to apply — and include one small instruction, like starting the application with a chosen word. Whoever misses it did not read your post.
Say what kind of person you want in one sentence, in words, not a list of adjectives: "someone who asks when unsure instead of guessing".
Do this today: post one job with a clear title, real hours, real pay and your instruction word.
