- If you do not want to hire any of those 3 candidates, I send you 3 more candidates at no extra cost.
- If you hire one of my candidates and that person quits or you let them go within 60 days of payment, I find you one replacement candidate at no extra cost.

You pay your virtual assistant directly
You agree on pay with your virtual assistant and pay them directly — StaffCastle never takes a cut of their salary. And virtual assistants never pay StaffCastle anything, ever.
