Reading applications and red flags
Read for four things: did they follow your instruction, did they answer every question, is the English clear, and does what they say match their profile. On StaffCastle every profile has a government ID submitted, so start there, then look at the submitted speed test, the video, and the Artificial Intelligence Verified badge.
Red flags: a copy-and-paste answer that never mentions your job; skills claimed in the application that are not on the profile; a request to move to another app before you have talked; a salary far below the going rate.
Do this today: shortlist five people who followed your instruction, and reply to all five the same day.
