One person, part-time, or a team
Part-time (20 hours) is a good first step if the job is small. Full-time (40 hours) gets you someone who learns your business and grows with it. A team starts with one strong person you trust, then a second seat they can help train.
Write each seat's job separately. Pay each person the same way and on the same day. If two people share a task, name one owner.
