Profile Summary

I started my career with Technodream, where I worked in both inbound and outbound sales. I initially assisted customers with appliance repair and handyman services by scheduling appointments between customers and technicians. Because of my strong performance, I was later transferred to an outbound account, where I offered food supply discounts to restaurants and catering businesses.

After that, I joined ThoughtFocus and Emapta where I worked with MRI account. I started as a Customer Support Agent, assisting residents with payment processing and troubleshooting. I was then promoted to an Onboarding Specialist, where I supported property managers with their accounts. Later, I joined the Client Support Analyst team, handling administrative tasks such as updating property and banking information, W-9 details, and account deactivations.

Throughout my experience, I’ve developed strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and customer service skills. I’m also familiar with tools but not limited to Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and Microsoft Office.

My experience across different departments has prepared me well for this opportunity, and I’m excited to bring my skills, experience, and positive work ethic to your team. I can take any feedbacks because I believe that patience and knowledge are the greatest weapon I can have to learn to reach my dream. I am brave to take anything that is thrown at me and express my opinion only when needed. I am also a risk taker and always believe that God is always there to guide me through all my decisions. I am scared of making mistakes or breaking the rules because I respect people and their trust. Which is why all I can prove at the moment is that I am true and will be true and that is my power!
