
• Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a private law office, providing direct administrative support to an attorney.
• Handled document preparation, data entry, file organization, client coordination, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, record keeping, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Experienced in preparing and organizing legal and business documents while paying close attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar.
• Familiar with using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research assistance, drafting, organizing information, and improving administrative workflows while reviewing the output for accuracy.
• Strong in data entry, document formatting, internet research, email management, calendar management, file management, and general administrative support.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks based on urgency and deadlines without needing constant supervision.
• Reliable and punctual. I take deadlines and work schedules seriously and communicate early if there is an issue that may affect my work.
• I follow instructions carefully, but I am also comfortable taking initiative when I see something that needs to be organized, followed up on, or completed.
• I am willing to learn new systems, CRM platforms, project management tools, and other software required for the role.
• I value accuracy and professionalism. If I am unsure about an instruction, I would rather clarify it than make assumptions that could cause mistakes.
