What it costs

A full-time virtual assistant in the Philippines with no experience earns about ₱25,000 to ₱37,000 a month — roughly $2.50 to $4 an hour. Experienced people, or specialists like bookkeepers and real estate assistants, earn ₱40,000 to ₱120,000 — up to $12 an hour. Every profile on StaffCastle shows the salary the candidate expects, in pesos and dollars, before you pay anything.

Pay near the top of the range. An extra $2 an hour is small to your business and changes a family's life in the Philippines. The best people stay where they are paid well, and a good person who stays three years is worth more than three who leave after four months.

There is nothing else to pay: no agency fee, no markup, no commission. StaffCastle takes nothing from their salary.

Do this today: pick your rate, then add $1 an hour to it.
