Tools, passwords and access
Give each person their own log-in for every tool, never yours. Share passwords through a password manager such as Bitwarden or 1Password so nobody types or sees them. Keep one list of who has access to what. When someone leaves, remove their access the same day.
This protects them as much as you: nobody can blame your virtual assistant for something done under a shared password. For a team, nobody shares log-ins with each other either.
Do this today: set up a password manager and share the first log-in through it.
