The Free plan is for looking around. Post up to 2 jobs, see who applied, bookmark people, watch their video introductions. Messaging is the paid part, and it is the only thing you ever pay me for. It keeps scammers away from the candidates, and it is how I pay to keep the site running. The moment you want to talk to someone, choose Starter.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep your account, your jobs and your applicants. People can still apply. You can read your messages, but you cannot send new ones until you choose a plan again.
