StaffCastle connects USA employers with reviewed Filipino virtual assistants. Every profile on this site belongs to a real person who submitted a government ID. Employers pay one flat membership. Virtual assistants keep 100% of their salary — StaffCastle never takes a cut and never charges workers a fee.
From the Founder
My name is Matt. I’m an American living in Cebu City, Philippines. For years I ran a US real estate appraisal company, and Filipino virtual assistants were the backbone of that business. I watched both sides get burned — employers by fake resumes, workers by agencies skimming their pay. I built StaffCastle to fix both.
I review every profile personally before it goes live. A government ID is submitted for every profile. And I grade every artificial intelligence training by hand — the Artificial Intelligence Verified badge cannot be bought or faked.
Our promises
- Virtual assistants keep 100% of their salary. No fees to workers, ever.
- Every profile is personally reviewed before it goes live.
- Every badge is earned. Nothing on this site is fake.
