StaffCastle works because both sides can trust what they find here. These rules apply to everyone using staffcastle.com, and they are part of our Terms of Service. Break them and we will remove content, suspend or ban the account, and — for anything criminal — cooperate with authorities.
Rules for Employers
- Never charge a jobseeker anything. No application fees, “processing” fees, training fees, equipment deposits, or purchases of any kind as a condition of applying, interviewing, or being hired. This is the fastest way to be banned.
- Post real jobs only, for a real business or real business need, with an honest description of the work, requirements, and pay.
- Represent yourself and your company truthfully. No fake identities, front companies, or impersonation.
- Only lawful work. Nothing involving fraud, money movement or “payment processing” using workers’ accounts, package reshipping, account farming, deceptive schemes, or anything illegal in the U.S. or the Philippines.
- No recruiting for schemes where the worker’s income depends on paying in or recruiting others.
- Treat candidates professionally. No harassment, threats, sexual advances, or unlawful discrimination.
- Use candidate contact information only to hire for your posted role — not to build lists, market, or resell.
Rules for Jobseekers
- One account, your real identity, your real qualifications. Verification documents must be your own.
- Profiles are for individuals — no agencies, teams, or account sharing, and no subcontracting work presented as your own.
- Work samples must be your own work. Honestly describing AI tools you used is fine — claiming skills or samples that aren’t yours is not.
- Apply seriously to jobs you actually want. No spam or copy-paste mass applications.
- No soliciting Employers for anything other than the posted work.
Rules for everyone
- No scraping, harvesting, or bulk-copying profiles, job posts, or contact details.
- No attempting to bypass security, access other accounts, or probe the Site for vulnerabilities.
- No uploading malware or malicious links.
- No reselling, renting, or sharing account access.
- No posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Report a violation
