1. What work have you done? (jobs, tasks, tools)
I’ve been working in video editing and multimedia production for over 10 years. My work includes editing wedding and event videos, social media content, marketing videos, and other multimedia projects. At White Olive Studio, I handle end-to-end post-production for wedding and event films, from organizing and selecting footage to editing, color grading, audio enhancement, and final delivery. I also work as a freelance Senior Video Editor and Multimedia Director, creating video content and motion graphics for different clients.
The main tools I use are Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva. I’m also comfortable working with large amounts of raw footage and managing projects from the initial edit through final delivery.
2. What are you good at?
I’m good at turning raw footage into a story that feels natural, engaging, and professional. I have a strong eye for pacing, music, visual composition, color, and the small details that can make a video feel polished.
I’m particularly confident in cinematic editing, wedding and event films, color correction and grading, motion graphics, audio enhancement, and adapting videos for different platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I’m also good at organizing my workflow and finding efficient ways to complete projects without sacrificing quality.
3. What specific traits make you a good employee?
I would say my biggest strengths are reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn. I take ownership of my work and I don’t like submitting something that I know could still be improved.
I’m also comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions because I understand that creative work is often a collaborative process. I stay calm when working with deadlines, can manage multiple projects, and try to communicate clearly with the people I work with.
Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy what I do. I’m always interested in learning new editing techniques, tools, and workflows, and I try to bring that mindset to every project I work on.
