Profile Summary

Most of my work experience is in Account Management, where I have been in the role for more than 5 years. I also have over 6 years of combined experience in Sales and Customer Service, with expertise in customer service, account management, and marketing.

After the pandemic, I transitioned to remote work as a Client Engagement Associate, where I focus on connecting with prospects, engaging with seekers, and facilitating appointments with coaches for business opportunities. I was also given the opportunity to take on the role of POD Lead, where I lead a team of six members, monitor their daily performance, provide support and guidance, and help ensure that team goals and requirements are met.
