Profile Summary

I worked in a retail store for more than 3 years as Assistant Store Manager. Some of my tasks is doing sales report. I used excel and word on it. Since I am in a retail industry and customer service, it requires a communication skills. I learned to listen, acknowledge and take some necessary action in handling customer complaint. Well, im good on this. I can say that i am a responsible, hardworking and reliable person. I make sure that i finish the task properly and on time. I know to myself that i am committed in doing my best and continuously improving my skills.
