Hello, my name is Shiela.
I do have more than 8 years experience in BPO. First, I work as CSR in Verifone assisting drivers in NY (yellow/green cab), Las Vegas and in the UK who are using Verifone terminal as payment. Second, as Healthcare advocate in Humana health insurance in the US. Working in Dental insurance, Medical commercial plan and Prior Authorization. I also work as Customer support in Target (online shopping) in the US. My recent job was a VA staff work from home set up and works directly to my Client. I was working as Admin staff in Nursing Agency in the US. We hires Caregiver, Practical nurse and Registered nurse. Also we have affiliated Rehabilatation facilities which we send to work our hired employees. Aside from that, I handle scheduling and experience working after office hours. I also handle non-emergent medical transportation of the patient like going out for cardiology check up, dialysis, transfusion and etc. Lastly, confirmation of patient’s appointment.
