I worked in a BPO industry for more than 3 years as a Customer service representative, assisting customers with their Telco accounts, doing some troubleshooting and taking supervisor calls. I can do multitasking. I was emailing customers regarding with the updates and other promotions that our company can offer. I usually use microsoft excel. I love challenges that enhance my knowledge and skills. I am also willing to learn and to be trained.
