1. What work have you done? (jobs, tasks, tools)
I have over 11 years of experience in operations support, documentation, customer service, administrative work, and virtual assistance. I have worked in different industries, including financial services, logistics, healthcare, and business support.
My experience includes operations and B2B support, contract and documentation management, order management, customer service, billing and payments, data entry, and administrative coordination. I also worked as a Documentation Associate in logistics, where I handled documentation and supported transportation-related processes.
I also have healthcare customer service experience with Optum, supporting a UnitedHealthcare account, where I handled member inquiries related to eligibility and benefits, claims, coverage, billing, and payments while maintaining confidentiality.
In my recent Virtual Assistant role, I have handled calendar management, reminders, customer and partner communication, bookings, payment and invoice tracking, social media support, inventory tracking, and maintaining records and trackers.
I am comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zoho, Jira, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and other cloud-based systems. I am also comfortable learning new tools and following documented processes.
2. What are you good at?
I am good at organization, documentation, accuracy, customer support, and following processes. I pay close attention to details, especially when working with customer information, records, schedules, payments, and administrative data.
I am also good at written communication and handling customer concerns professionally. While I can communicate with customers over the phone, I particularly perform well in chat and email support, where I can provide clear, accurate, and well-organized responses.
I am also adaptable and comfortable working with multiple systems at the same time. My background in operations has taught me how to prioritize tasks, keep track of details, resolve issues, and make sure work is completed properly.
3. What specific traits make you a good employee?
I would describe myself as reliable, detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and willing to learn. I take ownership of my tasks and make an effort to complete them accurately and on time.
I am also process-oriented. I understand the importance of following instructions and documented procedures, especially when handling sensitive information, customer requests, payments, or operational data.
Another strength is that I am adaptable. Having worked across operations, logistics, healthcare, customer service, and virtual assistance, I have learned to adjust to different environments, tools, customers, and processes.
Most importantly, I value consistency, professionalism, and continuous improvement. I am always willing to learn from feedback and find ways to become more efficient and effective in my work.
