I’ve been in the BPO industry for 10 years, and most of my experience is with sales, customer service, and technical support. I am good at building rapport with customers and am an expert in handling objections as well. I can always turn bad calls into sales calls. I am also very strong in customer service, and I always make sure it is a “Wow” experience for most of my customers. I can always do multi-tasking handling different tools such as CRM, Salesforce, or company emails for notes and documentation purposes. My goal is always to perform and make sure that I always exceed clients’ expectations. I love being in the sales department and customer service.
