Profile Summary

I worked in a BPO setting for 13 years as a customer service representative then became a virtual assistant after. In my 13 years, I have handled different departments from telecommunications, billing, banking and then tech support with a little bit of back office and chat support. Being in this industry taught me to be a team player since everyone is functioning as a team, guiding each other, sharing best practices and having a competition with their metrics which is ideal for me since I like to have a little bit of competition. I’ve also learned to be integrity-driven even if it is my mistake, I make sure to take full accountability. I also honed my communication skills since I’ve been doing inbound calls for 13 year so that’s a lot of rapport. I became adaptable since almost everyday there are changes that I need to adapt too. And then, as being a virtual assistant which focuses on Real Estate, it helped me reinforce my attention to detail by dealing with legal documents, making sure that everything is signed and all of the information is accurate. It also enriched my organizational skills by doing admin task like email management, calendar management and CRM management making sure the work seamless.
