Profile Summary

1. What work have you done? (Jobs, tasks, tools)

I have experience working part-time as a Virtual Assistant, mainly focusing on lead generation. In this role, I researched potential companies and leads and organized information to support business outreach. I gained hands-on experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and ZeroBounce. This experience helped me develop my research skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand and identify potential prospects.

I have also recently completed Administrative Virtual Assistant training, where I learned additional skills such as Canva, email management, appointment setting, file and document management, and calendar management. Through this training, I was able to expand my knowledge beyond lead generation and become more prepared to handle different administrative responsibilities.

2. What are you good at?

I am particularly good at lead generation, online research, organizing information, and learning new tools and processes. Since I already have hands-on experience with lead generation, I understand the importance of finding accurate information, identifying potential prospects, and keeping data organized.

At the same time, I don’t limit myself to what I already know. I enjoy learning and exploring new tasks because I believe every new skill is an opportunity for personal and professional growth. I am confident that I can contribute not only through the skills I already have, but also through my willingness to continuously improve and take on new responsibilities.

3. What specific traits make you a good employee?

I consider myself hardworking, reliable, adaptable, and open to learning. When I am given a task, I make an effort to understand it properly and complete it responsibly. I can also adapt to new environments, tools, and workflows, which I believe is important in a fast-paced work environment.

One of my strongest qualities is that I am humble and open to feedback. If I make a mistake, I am willing to acknowledge it, learn from it, and make sure I improve moving forward. I don’t expect to know everything from the beginning. Instead, I believe in asking questions when necessary, listening to people with more experience, and continuously finding ways to become better.

I also take responsibility for my work and understand that being a good employee is not only about having the right skills, but also about being someone the company can trust, rely on, and grow with.
