13 years in a BPO industry helped me and mold me to become who I am today. I am grateful to all the companies that hired me to be a vessel of help to multitude of clients. From encoding through inbound/outbound calls, to assist multiple chat in an airline booking reservation, to be a content moderator, to assist high profile clientele and a business woman, I can say that being resilient is one of my best trait. Where on the other hand, META business tools are the tools I used to review frauds, scams and compromised accounts in Facebook to assist our client protecting their accounts.
