My name is Raymond and i have a total of 5 years of remove work experience under the roles of Account Manager and eCommerce VA. Before that, I was working for the BPO industry with a total of 3 years of work experience for clients in the Telco and Satellite Radio service. Also, before joining the BPO, i had 17 years of experience in the Logistics dept for a local major dairy company. In terms of skills, I am proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly in Excel), Google Workspace, ZohoCRM, Shopify, SAP ERP and Oracle ERP. I also have technical knowledge in Computer assembly and maintenance, thus I am able to diagnose and maintain my own network and equipment. I worked with small and large teams and I am willing to lean new tools in order to perform my tasks. I am amenable to working in US time or according to the client’s needs.
